Enrolment in the Design Studios of D-ARCH
Design programmes
In the first and second semesters of the Bachelor programme, design instruction occurs over a year-long course.
This means that students have the same professor for both semesters. There is no internal enrolment for the first-year design courses.
Registrations of courses have to be made in www.mystudies.ethz.ch only.
Bachelor program 3rd and 4th semester (Regulation 2017)
From the third semester onwards, students have the option to study under a different design professor each semester (semester-long studios).
Through an internal enrolment process, students have a (limited) freedom of choice. Internal enrolment takes place in autumn semester only.
If students want to change the design course/chair after one semester, they have to manage this individually and register accordingly in www.mystudies.ethz.ch.
Bachelor program after 5th and 6th semester and Master program (Regulation 2017)
Students choose all offering design chairs with a certain priority during internal enrolment.
After the assignment has been received by email they have to register the course in www.mystudies.ethz.ch.
